Camping Trips

 

We have two camping trips we go on each year. Our volunteers are experienced in camping and ensure our trips provide opportunities for young people to experience the outdoors and learn new skills.

 

Peckwood

 

This is for young people aged 8 years and older, who are looking to experience a weekend away.  Peckwood is an outdoor area surrounded by a beautiful wooded area, obstacle courses and climbing frames. The boys get to stay in log cabins for either 1 or 2 nights. For more information, please check out the Peckwood brochure on the left.  

 

Annual Camp

 

This camp is aimed at young people aged 10 years and older. They get to experience camping first hand managing their own tent and equipment they bring. In addition, they get the opportunity to build friendships with other companies and take part in a variety of activities and competitions.
