The Company/Senior Section
The Company / Seniors Section is for young people aged 11 to 19 years of age. It's all about learning new skills, making your own decisions and having fun. BB provides a safe environment to explore new possibilities and achieve personal goals while making friends and having adventures.
The company / senior section are involved in many different activities and interests. Similar to the other sections, there is an achievment award system, where they obtain badges throughout there time in the section. Once they have achieved all these badges, they then aim to achieve the highest awards that can be obtained within the B.B.
The Presidents Badge, the second highest award, is gained when a young person has completed all the classes and has to attend a course in order to achieve it. When this is achieved, they start a portfolio for the highest achievement, The Queens Badge.
To obtain this badge, the young person must complete their portfolio which involves many different challenges that the young person needs to complete. It is up to each young person to work out which opportunities are relevant for them. Obtaining their Queens Badge helps them understand these opportunities aswell as a qualification that is recognised by most employers.
