Mar 30, 2014 · I seems to me the property has an Electric Boiler as opposed to Oil Gas or Solid Fuel. Dont confuse Hot water "Cylinder" with the term "Boiler". This type of system is very acceptable "if" fitted correctly and adjusted/balanced correctly. The Electric Boiler should just be connected to the Pumped Heating, controlled by Room Stat, Time Switch.
